Your stylist holds your appointment just for you. We ask for 24-hour notice on any reschedule or cancellation so we can offer the time to someone else.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled time, we'll do everything we can to accommodate you, but may not be able to provide the original service booked.
Prior box color, henna, color remover, keratin, relaxer or perm, over-processing, heat damage, or hard-water exposure all affect chemistry — please share these at consultation.
